1.4 One Account Policy

Where multiple accounts are identified, btk222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses, and withhold any balance subject to investigation.
1.5 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued in connection with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. btk222 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify btk222 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
btk222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). btk222 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or credit and debit card payments at this time.
2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits and daily/weekly cumulative limits may apply and are subject to change at btk222's discretion. Current limits are displayed in the account cashier section at the time of transaction.
2.3 Processing Times
Deposits are credited to your btk222 account in real time upon confirmation from the relevant mobile financial service provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification and any applicable security review. During peak periods, including BPL season or major ICC tournaments, processing times may extend slightly; btk222 will communicate any such delays via the platform.
2.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be issued to the same mobile financial service account used to make the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. btk222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing any withdrawal. Where a player has an outstanding active bonus, the relevant wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be processed.
2.5 No Chargeback Policy
Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your btk222 account, it cannot be reversed or charged back. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute through a payment provider will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
Note: btk222 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. Any transaction fees applied by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) are outside btk222's control and are your responsibility.
Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by btk222 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly at the point of offer. btk222 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the wagering requirement has not been met or has been circumvented through bonus abuse strategies.
3.3 Bonus Abuse
btk222 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk or balanced betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures; and making deposits solely for the purpose of claiming a bonus with the intention of immediate withdrawal after the minimum wager. Where bonus abuse is identified, btk222 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void all associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
3.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions
btk222 may offer special promotions during Bangladeshi cultural and national events, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as during major cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are time-limited and are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer. btk222 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
3.5 Bonus Expiry
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses credited to your account will expire within 7 days of being issued. Any unplayed bonus balance will be removed from your account upon expiry. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
4.1 Game Integrity

Bets or game rounds that cannot be verified from server logs may be voided and the stake returned to the player.
4.4 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btk222 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games or betting markets.

5.5 Governing Law
